Who is eligible to buy baked bar carts?
Only qualified customers over the age of 18 can purchase baked bar carts from our website. This rule does not have any exceptions.
How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
It all depends on where you live. In most cases, your package should arrive within two to three business days. It may take an extra day or two if you live in a rural area with poor connectivity.
What happens if I don’t get my package?
Please notify us if you do not receive your package two days after the expected arrival date, and we will file a trace. If a trace is filed, the Post will look into it (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they are able to locate the package, they will ship it to you, and you will receive it within a few days. If it is determined to be “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement package worth up to $500. If your order arrives late due to postal issues, we do not provide postage refunds. Packages with the label [Delivered] but not received by customers are not included.
